Time for Lime, on the island of Koh Lanta, Thailand, is a beachfront business with a heart. The profits from its cooking school, restaurant, bungalows and bar go to Lanta Animal Welfare- a charity that started life in Time for Lime’s own back garden.
While filming this short video I had the opportunity to try out some of their food and cocktails and, even without their charity credentials, I’d REALLY recommend a visit if you’re ever near Koh Lanta! The food is amazing and you’ll never forget your first T4L lemongrass margarita!
